If you would like to activate the IntelliTrail integration for your ToolSense account, please follow the steps below:
1. Customer Request
Please contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) to request the activation of the IntelliTrail integration.
2. Verify Serial Number Format
To ensure the integration functions correctly, it is important to verify the serial number format of your Taski machines in your IntelliTrail account.
Examples of serial number formats:
Short format: A 4-digit number (e.g., 1111)
Long format: A 13-digit number combining SKU and serial number (e.g., 1111111111111)
Please check which format is used in your IntelliTrail account and inform your CSM. The format must match the one used in your ToolSense account (if the machines already exist in ToolSense).
Note: If the formats do not match, the integration will not work as expected.
3. ToolSense Requests API Credentials
ToolSense will contact Solenis to request the necessary API credentials required to set up the integration.
4. Activation & Confirmation
Once the integration has been activated, your CSM will notify you. Please review the setup together with your CSM to confirm everything is working correctly.
