You open a Ticket and the Picture / Signature /other field is not displayed properly, which prevents you from handling the ticket properly ( you don’t see the picture so don’t understand the problem, etc…)

To fix this, we created a “reload button” that “updates” the Ticket like if it was created now. If there was for example a bug that prevented the correct display of a field when the ticket was created, clicking on this button after the bug is fixed brings back the correct display of this picture.
