Navigate to Service Packages page
Create or select a Service Package
Add a new Service within the Service Package
You are then presented with a modal where you can select the procedure you want to use for the service
Fill out the necessary information and settings and save the service
You should now be able to create tickets efficiently with the procedures you've set up, streamlining your workflows and improving task management. By following these steps, you ensure that your services are tailored to your needs, allowing your team to work seamlessly.
