You can customize the columns in your current list view by performing the following actions:
Change the order of columns.
Hide or show specific columns.
Adjust which column the list is sorted by.
The columns editor consists of three sections:
Search: Allows you to filter columns based on a keyword.
Visible Columns: Displays all columns currently shown in the list.
Hidden Columns: Displays all columns currently hidden from the list.
At the top of the columns editor, there is a search field.
Enter a keyword to filter the visible and hidden column lists based on your input.
Selects all columns in the visible or hidden columns section.
Deselects all previously selected columns.
Hides all selected columns and clears the search field.
Each column item has four interactive elements:
Use the drag handle to:
Change the order of columns by dragging them up or down.
Move a column between the Visible Columns and Hidden Columns sections.
Select multiple columns to hide or show them simultaneously.
Example: Search for "Site," click Select All, and then click Show All to make all matching columns visible.
Choose which column to sort the list by:
Click once: Sorts the column in ascending order (lowest to highest).
Click twice: Sorts the column in descending order (highest to lowest).
Visible Columns Section:
The Hide button (open eye icon) hides the column from the list.
Hidden Columns Section:
The Show button (closed eye icon) adds the column to the visible section (it will appear as the last column in order).
Some columns are not available in ToolSense, but can be exported in Excel if needed =
UUID => used to generate QR Codes
Type ID
Category ID
Site ID
Group ID
These IDs can be used to make sure that we import datas that fit the current Types/Categories already in the paltform
