To view your assets on the Trips page, please ensure that the following conditions are met:


Once the conditions above are satisfied, all trips related to the vehicle will appear as a list.
Locate the Trips Button
On the left-hand pane, you’ll see a button labeled Trips.

Select it to navigat to the list of trips.

Time Selector
Located in the top right corner of the Trips list, the time selector allows you to adjust the date and time range for displayed trips. To view trips within a specific period, simply adjust the fields in the time selector to match your desired timeframe.

Default Time Range
If you have live trips: The time selector shows trips from 00:00 to the current time of the current date.
If there are no trips today: The time selector shows trips from 00:00 to the end time of your last trip, along with the date of that trip.
Heading and Trip Count
At the top left corner under the heading Trips, you’ll see the total number of trips that occurred within the selected time frame.

Directly below the heading and trip count, there’s a search bar.
You can type numbers or letters to quickly locate the trip you need.
Live Trips Checkbox
On the right side of the top pane, you’ll find the Live Trips checkbox. Check this box to display only the trips that are currently in progress (if any are happening at the moment).

Access the Filter by Location Feature
Next to the Live Trips checkbox, you’ll find the Filter by Location button.
Click it to open a modal window.

Search for an Address
In the modal, there’s a Place or address search input field where you can type the desired address.
As you type, related options will appear in a dropdown. Select the appropriate address from the list.

Set the Search Radius
Once an address is selected, the Search Radius field becomes clickable.
You can adjust the size of the area by selecting a radius value or manually resizing the circle’s borders directly on the map.

Apply the Filter
After setting the desired area, press Apply to save your settings.
The list will now display only trips occurring within the selected area.
To remove the filter, click the X symbol next to the selected address.

On the top right corner of the screen, you’ll find the More dropdown.
Click on the More dropdown to open it.
The More toggle opens a dropdown with up to two export options, depending on whether Filter by Location is enabled.
Export Excel
Click to download the current trips list as an Excel file.
Export Datapoints (Available only if Filter by Location is enabled)
Click to download all data points within the current list settings as an Excel file.

Scrolling Through Columns
The list contains 23 columns. To view all columns, simply scroll to the right.

Sorting Options
Certain columns, such as Trip ID, Start Date, Start Time, End Date, and End Time, are sortable.
Click on the column header to sort the data in ascending or descending order.
Navigating Pages
At the bottom of the list, you’ll find a paginator to move between pages.
Use the Next or Previous buttons to navigate through the list.

Next to the paginator, there’s a dropdown menu that allows you to select how many trips are displayed per page.

The Trip Overview provides detailed information about individual trips, including trip data, interactive maps, and recorded events.

Automatically generated number consisting of:
IMEI (tracker identification number)
Serial number of the trip recorded by the IoT tracker
The serial number from the asset
Displays an image of the vehicle (if available)
Pulled from the Asset Type to which the vehicle belongs
Assigned responsible person for the vehicle
Displays the current state of the trip based on IoT tracker data:
Done – The trip has ended.
Active – The trip is still in progress.

The map provides a visual representation of the trip, including:
Start and End locations
Recorded data points
Events that occurred during the trip
Zoom in/out and move the map for a detailed view.
Click on Start and End locations to open a modal with:
Title
Date & Time
Address

Click on any data point to open a modal with:

Date & Time
GPS Coordinates

Enable the "Only show main events" checkbox to filter out non-event data points.

The Events Table logs all key moments and data points during the trip.
Date – The date of the recorded data point.
Time – The exact timestamp of the event.
Event/Data Point – Indicates a standard data point or a significant event (e.g., speeding, harsh braking).
Location – The GPS coordinates of the recorded event.
More Information – Clicking opens a modal with additional trip details:

Previous Location – Shows the previous recorded data point.
Location – Displays the coordinates or address of the current data point.
Duration – Time elapsed between the previous and current data points.
Average Speed – The vehicle’s average speed between data points.
Distance – Distance traveled between data points.
The Events section can be collapsed to declutter the view.

The Data Section is divided into two key parts:
Plate No – Vehicle serial number
Vehicle ID – Unique asset identifier
IMEI – Unique tracker ID
Brand – Vehicle brand
Category – Asset category
Assignment – Assigned group name
Site – Assigned site name and address
Responsible – Assigned responsible person
Trip ID – System-generated trip number
Driver Card ID – RFID card ID (if scanned by the driver)
Status – The current trip status
Start Location, Date & Time – Details of trip start
End Location, Date & Time – Details of trip end
Trip Duration – Total travel time
Total Fuel Consumption – Fuel used (if integrated with IoT tracking)
Fuel Consumption % – Percentage of fuel tank used
Total Distance – Distance traveled
Linear Distance – Straight-line distance between start and end points
Average Speed – Overall average speed during the trip
Max Speed – Highest speed recorded
The Data section can also be collapsed when not in use.
