You can access the Module Subscription Page by following these steps:
Go to the Organization section in the left-side menu.
Click on Module Subscriptions.
This will display a list of all active module subscriptions, including details such as start date, renewal month, and cost.

Each month, ToolSense generates an invoice for all modules that are due for renewal that month. To verify the invoice:
Open your monthly invoice and check the listed IMEI numbers.
Go to the Module Subscription Page and use the Filters or Search to find the corresponding modules.
Cross-check the Renewal Month and Current Price columns with your invoice details.
This ensures that all billed modules match your active subscriptions.
Subscription Overview: Displays all active modules, including their associated assets and renewal dates.
Export to Excel: If you need to compare data externally, you can export the list to an Excel file.
End Dates for Canceled Subscriptions: If a module subscription is canceled, it will be marked as Not Active and show an End Date.
1. Canceling a Subscription
To cancel a subscription for a tracker, you must remove the IMEI from the asset's details. The subscription will remain active until its next renewal date, at which point it will automatically be canceled.
Please be aware: Subscriptions cannot be paused. If the IMEI is removed and the renewal date passes, the IMEI cannot be reactivated and the subscription is permanently canceled.
2. Keeping a Subscription Active for Future Use
If a tracker is not currently in use but will be installed again later, you must keep the subscription alive. The IMEI needs to be associated with an asset. The best practice is to create a dedicated asset for that tracker. Add the IMEI to both the "IMEI" and "Serial" fields. You can then manage the subscription status and easily re-assign the tracker to a machine once it's installed again.
